Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

- Refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase.
- To be eligible, the product must have a demonstrated technical issue we were unable to resolve.
- Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Unsupported system environments
- Failure to follow documentation or setup instructions
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Cancellations for booked sessions are refundable up to 48 hours in advance.
- After development has begun, refunds are assessed based on project scope and work completed.
